Write a paper that describes your own theory of Business Management and Organization based on the research and the readings in this course. Evaluate your own emerging leadership by incorporating the lessons learned in this class. Include a discussion of what you perceive to be your leadership strengths and areas that need developing (support your conclusions).
Develop your own model of an effective organizational structure that address the following:

• What is structure?
• What are its core elements?
• How are these conceived?
• How has this conceptualization transformed, if at all, after completing your course work you’re your view of the development of the business environment transformed?
• What are the defining techniques and concepts of the “organization”?

Describe any significant issues and ethical dilemmas that you may confront in leadership. Consider leadership from various disciplinary perspectives and clarify your own philosophy of ethical standards. Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic.
