First of all, I think that making money is not the most important element in the business process. Moreover, a successful businessman is the same person as an ordinary man, and he needs to have particular moral values. I believe that people should obey the rules and laws in their lives, so that they act in a moral way. Finally, I disagree that business ethics is a concept for public relations only. I consider business ethics to be a core element of business relations. For example, business ethics should be followed when working on legacy questions with relatives. I strongly believe that taking home office supplies is absolutely unethical. It would not hurt anyone, but my conscious would not let me do it. Moreover, I had an experience of working with a man who sometimes used to take home office supplies or stuff from the colleague’s table. This man did not return the things back and often did not confess he took the papers, reports or pencils from the colleague’s table. When I worked in the supermarket, I suddenly caught flu. Unfortunately, there were only few workers in the workplace and my supervisor asked me to stay at work for a while, despite my ill appearance. I think that it was unethical, because it was inconvenient for the customers to contact with me. I was sneezing and coughing all the time. I think that people should follow the ethics rules in the 21st century. It is a set of norms that make the relations in the workplace easier. It should be a priority in various organizations and companies, because it regulates the relations between people in politics, economy and social network. I strongly believe that there should be a set of beliefs and values that would keep these relations in frame and would not let any violations.
