Besides, it has strict adherence to schedule which provides passengers with proper planning of their movements. The company has an affordable ticket pricing policies accompanied with quality and modern equipment to deliver the services thus accommodating every passenger without discrimination of their income ability (Mohammad Arabzad an, 2012).Moreover, the company enjoys low maintenance cost of the equipment which translates to less expense hence realization of big profit margins. Additionally, the statistics of death fatalities is the effort the company has undertaken to eliminate such vices completely with the latest research indicating a massive decline in accidents within the Fast Track.
Weaknesses
The Fast Track has traversed the better metropolitan cities with a lot of feeder railways; however, the emerging population increase has exerted a lot of pressure to the available trains thus creating a crisis in the balance of demand and supply principles.
