The Clinical Nurse Specialist works along with the members of nursing team such as Registered Nurse, Registered Practical Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Personal Support Worker etc. The CNS helps other nurses to solve complex scenarios in the practice setting. She educates the new staffs and provide guidance whenever required. The CNS also takes management role to assign patients and to manage the Nurse-Patient ratio.
