Analysis (35%).

Discuss the critical factors influencing the incident, evaluating these against relevant local / national policy imperatives, guidelines and standards and the wider nursing evidence base. Excellence in practice and any recommendations for improvement or enhancement of care delivery should be identified. You should include any relevant research studies that could be used to provide evidence for your improvement.

Change Plan (35%)

Select a change model that should be used as a structure for enhancing care delivery. Identify key objectives that would be necessary to implement this recommendation, discussing any issues or barriers that may need to be overcome and suggest how you might use leadership, change management theory and quality improvement methodology to help with this.

Reflection on professional development and recommendations for further development (10 %)
